Service Details - Consultation: On arrival, we'll confirm the service scope aligns with your needs, providing tailored solutions. - Console Setup: Installation of your gaming console, connection to Wi-Fi, and all software or firmware updates. - Peripheral Integration: Connecting your console to compatible AV components and peripherals. - Account Configuration: Setting up to three user accounts with parental controls and one online console account. - System Check and Organization: Ensuring your console functions correctly, organizing cables, and addressing any of your questions. While this service focuses on the console and VR setup, it does not cover network configuration, cable replacements, or additional AV device setups.

Cancellation Policy

Services Policy: - Services can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. - Payment can be made online or in person, either at the time of booking or upon service completion. - Booking confirmation does not require immediate payment, but full payment must be completed upon service completion. Cancellation and Refunds: - You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. - Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. - In the case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost.
