Service options include: Computer/Tablet Setup: - Initial setup of one computer or tablet system (including computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers). - First startup configuration. - Installation of one printer and one software program. - Configuration of existing internet and one email account. - Removal of unwanted applications on Windows computers. - Installation of updates and performance-enhancing tweaks. OR Tablet/Mobile Device Setup: - Initial setup of one tablet or mobile device. - Connection to existing wireless network. - Assistance with app store account creation and installation of up to two apps. - Customization of system and power settings. Final steps: We’ll provide advice on data, device, and network security, including the importance of security enhancements like two-factor authentication. *Excludes relocation of existing computer systems, data transfer or backup, virus/spyware removal, and hardware repairs.
